Paths to Happiness

1. Wisdom
Understanding the nature (craving, Impermanence, Empty) and sources of human experiences. Everything in phenomenal world is constantly changing and shifting. Understand how reality unfolds without clinging and craving, without trying to freeze past experience and longing for future experiences.
2. Positivity
Building the positive spiral for human flourishing and well-being. Optimists see challenges as temporary and local specific while pessimists see challenges as permanent and global. Gratitude builds an inward environment of positivity.
3. Embodiment
Leveraging the synergy of Body Mind connection. Mind and body are same. All experiences are body mind experiences created by senses, hormones and other psycho physical chemicals and phenomenon. Attune the body mind connection by diet, yoga and meditation
4. Flow
Getting centered and fully engaged in ones karma and life. A rock climber gives his 100% and forgets everything else. For him there is no time, past or future, No ruminations or planning.
5. Relationships
Harmonious and joyful relationships release joy hormones, laughter and well-being. e.g.: Lover, Pets, unselfish charity, random act of kindness.
6. Virtue
Find your signature strengths and exercise them with character and virtue
7. Purpose
Break down the boundary with world, get involved and identify with all beings and nature as one. Discover meaning in life that is bigger than the "Me"
